Our patients' privacy and the confidentiality of all of our patients' information is extremely important to us. We will do everything in our power to safeguard any and all information we have about you.

We keep all personal information files in a chart that is secured
- We do not provide any organization, attorney, life insurance companies, and other facilities or medical offices with your personal information without written consent from you or from a legal custodian of the patient. The law requires this.
- We afford both propsepctive and former patients the same protections as existing patients with respect to the use of personal and medical information. The law requires this.
Information We May Collect:
We collect and use information we believe is necessary for the care of a patient. This may include, but is not limited to, reports from your primary care physician, pathologist, radiologist, any other medical professionals who are treating you, insurance company or other facilities that provide medical data that would assist us in your care and treatment.
Why We May Collect This Information:
We will use the information to give you the very best dental care possible, to help us process insurance claims, and to help us ensure that proper billing and accounting is rendered.
Information Disclosure:
If you have dental or other applicable insurance, we share your healthcare information with your insurance company (for billing), and with other medical professionals who are treating you (pathology reports, X-rays, etc.). This lets us do what is needed to provide the very best healthcare for you, plus it helps us process your insurance claims, and ensure proper billing.
Finally:
We maintain physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect our patients' medical information. We continually review our policies and practices, monitor our computer networks (with our network vendor) and upgrade our security in order to ensure safety and privacy of patient information.
Except as already noted above, you may rest assured that
we will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute information about you except as may be required by the law. Period. In all cases, when we do share the information, we will only do so when there is complete assurance that your information will be properly safeguarded and used.
On the internet, we will not use any information we have to "spam" you. We will not send unsolicited emails
except in rare cases when there is a problem we need to let you know about to help ensure your health, safety and/or security.
