What are your office hours?
Answer:
Our normal business hours are from 8:30 A.M. through 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 A.M. through 2:00 P.M. on Friday. We can often accommodate special needs if you let us know--a little earlier or later can usually be worked out if we know ahead of time what you need.

Will you help me fill out and file my insurance claim form(s)?
Answer:
In most cases, we will be able to file with your insurance company based on the card they give you, that is, all you'll have to do is let us make a copy of the card and we'll take care of the rest. In some cases, for example, where you have an applicable cancer policy or some other specialty policy, we may have to ask you to get a claim form from the insurance company and let us see the policy--then we will be happy to fill out the form and file it for you. In short, we will work with you to file your claim.
